Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between purchasing a single course vs. a monthly subscription?

Great question! Purchasing a single course will give you access to only that course in particular, providing you with access to the materials and bi-weekly 1-on-1s of only that course. Meanwhile, the monthly subscription gives you access to all our courses, so you enroll in as many courses as you would like at a time. The great advantage here is that, not only do you get to take as many courses as you would like at once, but while enrolled in more than one course you can select between moderate, fast and intensive training via 1:1 individual classes.  

Can I take any courses for free?

Absolutely. We offer free Introductory English Grammar and Vocabulary courses. You can enroll in the introductory courses anytime and continue learning as long as you need. Try us out risk-free! 

Can I take more 1-1's with my instructors than included in the course?

Simply put, yes! All courses include bi-weekly one-on-one sessions with your instructor, meaning that every two weeks you will have a personalized 1-1 call with your instructor to practice, review any material, or answer any questions you may have. However, if you feel that you want to have more than one call every two weeks, this can be arranged with a small extra cost. Please reach out to us here and we would be happy to arrange it! 

Can I switch my plan?

Of course! If you've purchased a single course or subscription plan but want to switch between these, please reach out to us so we can handle the swap for you. We will inform you of the next steps and how the change will go about.

Can I cancel a single course I purchased, or end a subscription?

We offer a 30-day refund policy for all purchases, allowing full refunds within this period. After 30 days, individual course purchases become non-refundable.

All subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with the cancellation taking effect from the following billing month. For example, if subscription runs from 10th of each month and a cancellation is made on the 20th day of a given month, access to the courses and 1:1 classes will continue until the 10th of the following month, with no refunds for this given month's subscription. 

Is there an option for group or team discounts?

Of course. We offer an additional 25% discount on subscriptions for groups of 2-10 people, with the potential for even greater discounts for larger groups. Contact us if your team is interested in exploring these savings opportunities.
